East Main Quarters

East Main Quarters is a 252 bed, suite-style luxury Student Housing project located just off the campus of Middle Tennessee State University. Individual resident units consist of four individual suite areas that include kitchenettes, sitting areas, private full bathrooms, and a common living and kitchen area. Resident units include true stainless-steel appliances, designer cabinets with granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, and mini-split cooling and heating units in each resident suite. This project includes a clubhouse with leasing and management offices and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Almost one third of the project’s parking and drives are pervious pavers over underground stormwater retention.
